Why is this information being collected?
The majority of the information collected is purely to be able to provide you with the service you require from Katie Udell Fine Art. Some Information is required by law to be collected from each customer in relation to a service required from or an order placed with Katie Udell Fine Art to comply with HMRC accounting regulations.

This information is being collected by Katie Udell, owner of K.U Art trading as Katie Udell Fine Art. 18 Swallow Road, Bourton on the Water, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire GL54 2RW.
How is it being collected?
Most of the information is collected directly from you, the client, via email, social media messages, text messages, directly face to face with myself or on the telephone. Occasionally information will be collected via a third party if a gift voucher is purchased for you or a commission is booked for you as a gift. Your name and some contact details may be given in order to provide the service required by the person/persons making the purchase for you.
How will your information be used?
The information collected will be used by Katie Udell Fine Art in order to provide products and services to you.
Who will your information be shared with?
Client privacy is something that is taken extremely seriously at Katie Udell Fine Art. Your information is never sold to a third party. The only circumstances your information may be shared with a third party would be to enable us to provide a service to you. for example, if a print or a product is required to be sent to you from a third party vendor such as an artwork printing company. Your information will be used on payment processing companies to allow invoices to be sent to you and payments to be made via online transactions. This is always done via a secure payment processing company such as PayPal, which ensures your information will only ever be used for the reasons stated and the payment company will not share your details with a third party.
How long will your information be stored?
The majority of your information will be kept indefinitely, this is to be able to provide you the best possible service should you wish to use Katie Udell Fine Art's services again in the future. Some data is required by law to be kept for a certain amount of time such as records of sale and payment records, this is to comply with HMRC accounting regulations.
