Terms and Conditions

Before booking your commission, please read and agree to the below terms and conditions.

PAYMENT

A 50% non-refundable deposit is to be paid upon booking. By paying a deposit, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated below as well as the privacy policy. The final balance must be paid upon completion of the artwork prior to posting.

Postage is free and all commissioned portraits are sent via Royal Mail special delivery, and you will be provided with you tracking details.

TWEAKS AND CHANGES

I will send you work in progress pictures throughout the drawing process, you will then receive a final image, if any small changes are required, I must be informed within 72 hours, the relevant changes will then be made. If changes are requested after the 72-hour grace period, an hourly rate of £20 will be charged.

CLIENT PRIVACY

Artwork and progress pictures will be shared on social media via pictures, videos and live drawing feeds unless I am advised beforehand that you would like them to be private.

If your portrait is a present and you would prefer for me to wait until it has been gifted, please feel free to let me know and I will not upload any photos to the internet.

Artwork may be used in future advertising.

I reserve the right to the copyright on all artworks. No reproductions are to be made.
